How do I make a return?Updated a month ago

If you are not happy or have changed your mind you can return your unused product within 123 days of placing the order for a refund. Simply return it to us, free of charge, with all the original packaging.

1. Fill in a returns form

Box up your unwanted products with a completed returns form. If you no longer have the returns form that came with your order you can download a new one here.

If you do not include a returns form we will not know who has sent it.

If your return is larger than the following dimensions please contact us first.

• Boxes: less that 20 kg and smaller than 61 x 46 x 46 cm
• Tubes: less that 20 kg and the length plus 2 x the diameter must not exceed 104 cm, with the greatest dimension being no more than 90 cm

2. Returns address

We have a free post address, just ensure you retain a proof of posting from the post office when sending.
All you need to do is write the following address on your parcel and take to the post office, they will do the rest!
