How do I make a return?Updated a month ago

If you are not happy or have changed your mind you can return your unused product within 123 days of placing the order for a refund. Simply return it to us, free of charge, with all the original packaging.

1. Fill in a returns form

Box up your unwanted products with a completed returns form. If you no longer have the returns form that came with your order you can download a new one here.

If you do not include a returns form we will not know who has sent it.

2. Returns Services

InPost Tracked Returns

You can use our InPost returns service to send returns up to 41 x 38 x 64 cm and under 15kg. You will need your order number and email address.

Visit the InPost Portal to generate your label.

DPD Tracked Returns

You can use our DPD returns service to send returns up to 60 x 60 with no two sides exceeding 120cm. Max weight 20kg. You will need your order number and email address.

Other Returns
