I haven't got a printer for my return, what do I do?Updated 2 months ago
Hey there! Don't worry if you have no access to a printer. Both DPD and Royal Mail give you the option to generate a QR code. You can scan this at your post office or drop off point and print your label there and then.
1. DPD Tracked Returns
Visit our DPD Returns Portal. Once you have filled in your return details you will be given the option to generate a QR code and print your label in a drop off location.
2. Royal Mail Tracked Returns
Visit the Royal Mail Returns Portal to create your postage label. If you do not have a printer at home a QR code will be emailed to you (or pushed to your Royal Mail app).
