How to send us your item

1. Order your repair service online.
2. Package your item.
3. Include your order number and contact details in the package. You can find your order number on your order confirmation email.
4. Send your package to our team in the Betws-y-Coed Store:

   Take advantage of our free postage service:

   1. Send your item with Royal Mail
      Once you have filled in your details you will be given the option to generate a QR code and print your label in a drop off location, or print your own label and drop it off at a Post Office.

      Once you have filled in your details you will be given the option to generate a QR code and print your label in a drop off location, or print your own label and drop it off at a DPD drop off location. There are over 11,000 DPD Parcel Shops around the country.
