Can I return or exchange Christmas gifts after the holidays?
Yes! Our returns window is 123 days over Christmas, well at anytime of the year actually! Anything bought from mid-November onwards can typically be returned well into January. Check this year’s exact dates in the Returns section.
Do you offer digital or physical gift cards?
Yes, both! Digital gift cards are emailed instantly (perfect for last-minute gifts), and physical cards are posted to your door.
How long do Sonder bike orders take at Christmas?
Build times can vary during peak season. We list the current estimated lead time on each bike page. If you need help choosing the right model or custom setup, our bike specialists are here to help.
Are Trakke bags available for Christmas delivery?
Yes, Trakke bags ship from our UK warehouse. Stock can move fast at Christmas, so order early to avoid disappointment.
Can I click & collect from my nearest Alpkit store?
Our stores carry most items, however we do not currently offer a click and collect service. We do however offer the option of shipping to DPD collection points. You’ll receive a message as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Our Stores. 24th Dece
What do I do if my order is a surprise gift and I don’t want packaging to spoil it?
We don’t include pricing paperwork inside parcels, but our mailing bags do have Alpkit branding on them. If you’re worried about someone spotting your surprise gift, send it to a neighbour, friend or make a cheeky visit to a store.
How do I choose the right size jacket, wetsuit, sleeping bag or pack?
Our size guides and fit notes are on every product page. If you’re still unsure, drop us a message with details of the person you’re buying for, we’re happy to help you get it right.
What happens if something arrives damaged or the wrong item is sent?
No stress! Contact our Support Heroes and we’ll sort it quickly, replacement, refund, or repair. We’ll make sure your Christmas isn’t spoiled.
Are your Christmas products covered by warranty?
Absolutely. Alpkit and Sonder gear comes with our award-winning warranty support, and Trakke bags are built for life. If anything goes wrong, we’ll help get it fixed.
