What is your return policy?

If you are not happy or have changed your mind you can return your unused product within 123 days of placing the order for a refund. Simply return it to us, free of charge, with all the original packaging.

Can I exchange an item for something else?

Yes. We recommend that you place a new order for the item you want and return the unwanted item for refund. This way you reduce the chance of your item being sold out.

How soon will I get my refund?

It usually takes 2 or 3 days for a return to arrive back with us once you have sent it. Please allow 7 to 10 days from receipt of a return for us to process it and issue your refund.

How do I make a return?

Returns are free in the UK making it a no brainer to try out our kit or find the perfect size. You can also return items in any of our 10 stores, even if purchased online.

What items are not eligible for return?

We cannot accept returns for custom made items owing to the nature of manufacturing to bespoke specifications.
